چکیده
Recent studies have implicated monocytes/macrophages play important roles in the pathogenesis of systemic sclerosis (SSc). We previously reported levels circulating periostin were increased SSc, and it was positively correlated with modified Rodnan's total skin thickness score (mRSS). Therefore, we focused on effect monocytes monocyte-derived macrophages (MDM) SSc. Monocytes purified from blood samples which obtained 9 dcSSc patients 5 healthy controls, differentiated into macrophages. Flow cytometry analysis confirmed proportion CD68+CD163+ CD68+CD206+ cells SSc compared those controls. The mRSS CD80-CD206+ cells. Next, to under stimulation recombinant (rPeri) mRNA expression SSc-related profibrotic factors determined MDMs. Expressions TGFβ, TNFα, IL-6 rPeri-stimulated MDM1 than Higher αSMA, FN1, EGR1 expressions found MDM2, indicating that may induce fibrotic phenotype regardless M1/M2. A similar trend observed for protein respective prior their differentiation evaluated using RNA sequencing. Significantly enhanced PDGFRB ArfGAP GTPase domain, Ankyrin repeat PH domain 2 Antisense 1 (AGAP2-AS1) rPn-stimulated control. In addition, ratio migrated significantly higher control monocytes. conclusion, be involved by influencing

Quantification and comparison of TLR2 activity in monocyte-derived macrophages of zebu and crossbred cattle
The present study was conducted to quantify and compare TLR2 (toll-like receptor 2) activity in monocyte-derived macrophages of zebu (Tharparkar) and crossbred (Holstein-Friesian × Jersey × Brown Swiss × Hariana) cattle. The cells were either induced with Pam3CSK4 or kept as control. The TLR2 activity was quantified in terms of IκB-α inhibitory subunit (NFKBIA) messenger RNA (mRNA) copies...
متن کاملOxidative metabolism in cord blood monocytes and monocyte-derived macrophages.
Little is known about phagocytosis-associated oxidative metabolism in mononuclear phagocytes from the human neonate. We investigated this phenomenon in monocytes from the cord blood of term newborn infants by measuring generation of superoxide anion (O2-) and hydroxyl radical (X OH) after stimulation with opsonized zymosan or phorbol myristate acetate. Production of these microbicidal oxygen me...
متن کاملThe cytokine language of monocytes and macrophages in systemic sclerosis
Many important observations suggest monocyte/macrophage involvement in systemic sclerosis (SSc). A high concentration of immune mediators, such as IL-6, IL-10 and IL-13, the infiltration of mononuclear cells in affected organs and the production of autoantibodies suggest that immune system dysfunction drives SSc pathogenesis. The recently reported study by Higashi-Kuwata and colleagues, in ligh...
متن کاملdevelopment and implementation of an optimized control strategy for induction machine in an electric vehicle
in the area of automotive engineering there is a tendency to more electrification of power train. in this work control of an induction machine for the application of electric vehicle is investigated. through the changing operating point of the machine, adapting the rotor magnetization current seems to be useful to increase the machines efficiency. in the literature there are many approaches wh...

INTRODUCTION Although the pathogenesis of systemic sclerosis (SSc) still remains unknown, recent studies have demonstrated that endothelins are deeply involved in the developmental process of fibrosis and vasculopathy associated with SSc, and a dual endothelin receptor antagonist, bosentan, has a potential to serve as a disease modifying drug for this disorder. Importantly, endothelin-1 (ET-1) ...
